Every item is made to order with care — printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted partners to bring you high-quality products that feel cozy and personal.


📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order.

  • Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

During holidays or large sales, production times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!


🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship to most locations in the United States and offer the following options at checkout:

💡 Delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, Capybaria primarily ships within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at support@capybaria.com — we’re happy to check if shipping is available to your location.


🕵️ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven’t received tracking info after 7 business days, please reach out to us.


❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after the expected delivery window:

  1. Contact us at support@capybaria.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll contact our print partner to investigate.

  3. If confirmed lost or damaged, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We stand behind every Capybaria product.
If there’s any issue with your order — whether it’s a defect, print error, or even if you’re just not happy — contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@capybaria.com.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

You don’t need to return the item unless we specifically request it.
